FAQ

🕒 When does shooting usually happen?

Interior stills can be taken at almost any time of day or weather conditions (although best results will be achieved on light overcast days).

Exterior stills and videos depend on the property; some properties look best in rising morning light and mist (like rural properties), some need plenty of natural sunlight to shine their best, and others look best during the twilight.

I am happy to arrange a time that fits our schedules and the property.

💁 Do I need to be present for the shooting process?

No. I am happy to do all the work myself as long as I can get access to the property and all the necessary space around it.

🏡 Do I need to do anything extra to facilitate the shoot?

Providing access to the property and making sure it's tidy and presentable is usually more than enough for the needs of most properties.

🏁 What does the whole process look like from start to finish?

Before the shoot - it starts with me writing down a shot list and an optional story for the video if you wish to highlight any of the unique features or benefits of the property. I love working along with the agent to find the best angles to sell the property!

At the day of the shoot - I generally arrive at the property early in order to prepare some of my gear and capture a few simple shots. As soon as I can get access to the property - I help to dress it up in order to get the most presentable and pretty shots and get to work!

The whole shooting process usually takes 1 to 3 hours.

After the shoot, I cut all the captured footage and get to editing. This is the final stretch, meaning that you will receive the results in the next 1 to 5 days, depending on the complexity and scale of the shoot.

☂️ What about the weather?

If we have agreed on a shooting time and the weather is working against us - I am more than happy to reschedule the shoot for no additional cost. The quality of the final product is much more important. 💎
